+通用国际化的 `i18n.Config` 可作为项目配置的字段显式加载并调用 Validate。正文词典使用 `i18n.LoadFS` / `DecodeJSON`，不经过环境引用展开。构建 Bundle 后通过 `WithLanguagePolicy` / `WithErrorLocalizer` 装配借用的只读实例；没有隐式环境变量或全局当前语言。见 [国际化指南](i18n/README.md) 和 [完整示例](examples/i18n/README.md)。
