## 远程固定版本验收
[远程报告](contractFollowupRemote.json) 已通过：空 module 缓存安装 v0.16.0-preview CLI，消费者也固定同版，没有本地 replace。包含六组真实生成消费者的 race 测试，以及通过远程 CLI 导出一次 Go Catalog、两个独立服务引用、文档筛选、只读 check、过期拒绝与刷新后编译。
耗时 37.1 秒，框架校验值 `h1:9JGAuXRXLb9rc1FR9jc0OBxRvj2abmuOecvFpKMcBnc=`。发布标签固定在 `64e3bd6cfced225476d58e95037249cd0a4fe695`；远程验收报告后续单独提交，不移动标签。
